tyre scrub

hi i had 2 tyres fitted to front of my v70 estate 8 weeks 4000 miles ago and they have scrubbed out on inside edge of both tyres i had tracking done at same time my question is do you think they ballsed up the tracking or have i a major problem last tyres went same way what do i need to check starting to panic now cheers friends

Sounds like you may need a proper 4 wheel laser alignment doing, assuming that the tracking is definately OK. Most fast fit places will do a free tracking check so you could go somewhere else to where you had the tyres put on and get the tracking checked there for free. If it's all OK then you need to go to a specialist who can check the caster/camber etc. Cheers, John

37 in fronts i usually run 32 psi all round

Thats the place. I am only there on the weekend as I work away during the week. I did the tyres on my C70 T5 14,000 miles ago and the tracking at the same time and mine are still OK, getting low on tread but the wear is spot on.

8 weeks ago, I think my uncle sacked that lad as he was always turning up for work late. Don't think my uncle was there either around that time ..... I'll send you a Pm with some advice.
